We also cherish our planet, and connecting our kitchen to local farmers is central to our culinary vision: where exquisite taste meets environmental sustainability.  


Welcome to our "Farm to Table" restaurant, welcome to Baloo's kitchen where locally sourced ingredients turn into divine dishes. 


Many ingredients including pineapple, papaya, bananas, carrots, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, eggplant, pumpkin, coriander, basil, oregano, parsley, chillies, hibiscus, ginger, turmeric, cassava and even vanilla are sourced fresh from our own farm. And there's more! The clay bowls are made in our pottery workshop, our glasses are recycled from wine bottles and the straw in your mocktail is made from local bamboo while our organic waste produces animal feed for our chicken making sure your morning eggs are fresh. 

Step by step, we pursue the Kipling Lodge's vision of a holistic and sustainable ecosystem, connecting with Mother Nature as well as our surrounding community to deliver a unique and wholesome experience to our guests, and share our idea of what sustainable living could be.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and children dishes on request.

A three course-meal is included in our half board and full board options.

We organise special Kipling brunches on request for 10 people and above. 

Outside guests are welcome ! 30$/pers for three-course lunch or dinner.
